Is Certifier free to use?

Yes it is! We have a forever-free plan that allows you to issue up to 250 credentials per year at no cost. If this number is not enough for your needs, you can upgrade at any time. Read more about our plans here.

How can I pay for a plan?

You can pay for a plan after registration by going to the Payments and Plans section in Settings. In regards to payment providers, Certifier relies on Stripe and Chargebee which help us make transactions secure and smooth. The former acts as our payment processor, while the latter works as a payment portal for our clients.

I am making a purchase using my company’s card. Can I request an invoice?

Yes, you absolutely can. When making a purchase, provide your company’s details and TAX ID. Certifier will handle the taxes calculation, and once your payment is processed, you will be able to access your invoices from the Billing information section in Settings. Don’t worry if you are not sure whether you provided the correct information at the time of the transaction. Your TAX and company details can be edited at any time.

How do your refund policy and 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not totally pleased with Certifier, you can request a refund within 30 days after completing a purchase. No questions asked. Just email us at contact@certifier.io, and we’ll instantly refund 100% of your money. Please, keep in mind that after the refund, your issued certificates will be deactivated and deleted.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just go to the Settings page, open the Payments and Plans section and manage your subscription there. If you cannot complete this process yourself, just email us at contact@certifier.io and we will manually cancel your subscription.

How does the annual certificate limit work?

For example, you subscribe to Certifier on the 10th of June, 2022. You decide to go with a 1,000-certificate limit. This certificate limit will be available on your account for 1 year and get reset on the 10th of July, 2023. Depending on your issuing regularity, you can either issue all of those certificates at once or send them in chunks a couple of times per year. Let's assume that you decide to unsubscribe from Certifier in September with 500 certificates left on your account and then subscribe once again in May. If you decide to subscribe again in May 2023, you will see that your certificate limit is 500 certificates – just like you had left in December.

Is there any additional hosting fee? Are my credentials become inactive when I cancel the subscription?

Certifier doesn’t collect additional fee for hosting your already-issued credentials. We understand how important flexibility is for our customers, so credentials remain active for recipients while you pause the subscription.
