We have added a possibility to place a QR code on your certificate designs. Placing a QR code on your certificate is a great way to ensure the validity of its printed or PDF version. Any certificate viewer will be able to scan the code and get redirected straight to the certificate’s link.

Enhanced engagement analytics & marketing insights 💡

With the help of enhanced analytics, you are able to track the full lifecycle of the certificates you issue, monitor your recipients’ engagement, and evaluate the marketing gain certificates bring you. 

• The Engagement tab displays your certificates’ journey from the moment of issuing up until your recipients take some actions with their certificates. You can now understand the certificate distribution process from the moment of publishing up until your recipients engage with their certificates and see the shares of different engagement types: PDF downloads, social media shares, adding to the LinkedIn profile, etc.

• The Marketing Insights tab displays the marketing performance of your certificates: the number of views and clicks, click trends, and the best performing certificates that generated the biggest marketing value! 

Additionally, you can export these data to share it with your team, as well as compare the performance of different groups using filters. 

Email branding improvements 💌 

We have added a new placeholder email template to reflect the email branding changes accurately. This template has all the elements you can customize so that it is clearly visible what changes have been made and how they will be displayed.
