Key highlights of the Issuer's Portal

The Issuer's Portal will empower Certifier issuers to manage, display, and promote their credentials and certified recipients more effectively than ever before. Let’s dive into what the Issuer’s Portal is made of:

Issuer’s Profile – the main page from which everything else evolves. It prominently displays information about the issuer, including all relevant links and tabs for credentials and recipient directories.

💎 We also added the possibility to upload a banner image to elevate the visual look of each issuer’s profile even more.

Credentials Directory – the page listing all the credentials an issuer offers, with the possibility of opening a particular credential to view detailed information about it.

Recipients Directory – the page listing all the certified recipients of a particular issuer along with their credentials. The credentials of a single recipient are now prominently presented on a dedicated page. Each recipient is now provided with a dedicated profile that can be accessed from any credential they've been awarded, as well as from the issuer's directory page. This profile conveniently displays the awards of each recipient, allowing for easy access and showcase.

💎 We also made it possible for the recipients to manage the visibility of their accounts and individual credentials.

Credential Retrieval Page – the page allowing your recipients to quickly find their credentials, all in one place.

Credential Verification Page – the page page allowing for secure verification of credentials to ensure authenticity and build trust.

3 core principles of the Issuer's Portal

When we set out to develop the Issuer's Portal, our goal was to create a centralized hub that would revolutionize how issuers manage and showcase their credentials and certified recipients.

With that vision in mind, the Issuer's Portal is built on three core principles:

1. Dedicated approach and issuer's exclusivity

Unlike other digital credentialing platforms that invite issuers to join a shared marketplace filled with numerous companies offering their learning products, we believe in providing a tailored, exclusive experience for each of our issuers. Each Issuer's Portal is uniquely created and branded for the individual issuer. This means that recipients and visitors only see the credentials, certifications, and achievements associated with that specific issuer, creating a focused and personalized environment.

Think of our approach as the Shopify experience: your own store, your own rules, your own branding — rather than being part of an open marketplace like Amazon.

2. Effortless management and full visibility control

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why managing your Issuer’s Portal is incredibly easy and intuitive. The portal is created automatically based on the groups you set up in your Certifier account, as well as the recipients you certified. From the moment you certify a recipient or create a new group, it’s instantly reflected in your portal.

You have full control over groups and recipients you want to display or hide. Your recipients can also manage their visibility within your directory and hide their profiles without needing your approval or intervention. Of course, you also retain the power to manage recipient visibility as needed.

3. Promoting lifelong learning and recipient engagement

The Recipients Directory not only highlights the achievements of your certified recipients but also plays a key role in retaining and motivating them. By publicly recognizing their accomplishments and showcasing top learners, the directory inspires recipients to stay in the loop, upskill, and earn more awards. This recognition serves as a powerful motivator, encouraging recipients to pursue additional credentials, stay engaged with your offerings, and continuously enhance their skills.

Conclusion

The introduction of the Issuer's Portal marks a significant step forward in our mission to empower issuers and recipients alike. With our dedicated tailored approach, effortless management, and recipient engagement promotion, Certifier sets a new standard in the digital credentialing landscape.

We believe these updates will not only level up how issuers manage and showcase their credentials but also enrich the recipient experience, making it easier for individuals to proudly display their achievements. We’re excited to see how the Issuer's Portal will transform the way you interact with your certifications and look forward to continuing to innovate in ways that support your success.
